Stephanie Collins is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership across various industries, including healthcare, medical aesthetics, and consumer products. Her proven track record includes:

• Transforming organizational culture and improving service delivery
• Optimizing processes and technology investments

Experience

Prior to founding Skyglow Group, Stephanie served as CFO and COO of Emer Medical and Skincare companies, where she led financial and operational transformations that resulted in significant growth and improved EBITDA. Her experience also includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and NCR.

Education

Stephanie holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BA from Colorado College. She remains deeply committed to leadership development and community engagement.
